By accessing and using SwapGain https://swapgain.cc, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our platform, products, and services. Please read them carefully.
1. Platform Overview
SwapGain is a non-custodial crypto profit-generation platform utilizing our proprietary AI Auto-Exchange Engine. Users deposit Bitcoin (BTC) to participate. Profits are generated algorithmically and sent automatically to the BTC address used at sign-up.
2. Profit Generation and Payouts
Daily profits are calculated and distributed once every 24 hours.
Payouts are sent directly to the BTC address you used during your initial deposit.
Once sent, payouts may take several hours to process through the blockchain depending on queue status and network load.
Returns are up to 4% per day, depending on market conditions and AI engine performance. Profit rates are not guaranteed and may vary or decline without notice.
3. Affiliate Program
SwapGain offers a built-in affiliate program to reward community growth.
Share your unique referral deposit link to earn 10% of every BTC deposit made by your direct referrals.
Rewards are automatically credited to your account balance once the referred deposit is confirmed on the blockchain.
Our optional Ambassador Program allows you to unlock multi-level referral earnings (10% - 2% - 1% - 1% - 1% - 1%) once your total team deposit volume reaches $100,000.
There is no need to apply; the Ambassador tier activates automatically upon reaching the threshold.
4. Account Usage and Identity
Each user is allowed only one active BTC wallet address on the platform. Multiple profiles or duplicate participation is strictly prohibited.
SwapGain reserves the right to detect and block users suspected of using multiple accounts.
If such activity is found, we may refund remaining funds and permanently restrict access without prior notice.
5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
SwapGain complies with global AML standards to ensure platform safety.
We may review and flag suspicious deposits, withdrawal behavior, or unusual account activity.
We reserve the right to pause transactions, block access, or refund and close accounts in compliance with our risk protocols.
Users engaging in illegal activity, fraud, or attempts to exploit the system will be removed from the platform and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.
6. No Financial Advice
SwapGain is a technology platform providing automated profit-generation tools. We do not offer financial, investment, or tax advice. All decisions to participate are made at your own risk. Please consult with a professional advisor before making any financial decisions.
7. Volatility and Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile.
Daily profits, while historically consistent, are not guaranteed, and past performance does not predict future results.
By using the platform, you accept the possibility of variable returns, including periods with reduced or zero profit.
8. System Availability
SwapGain may perform occasional updates or experience downtime due to system load, maintenance, or external events. While we strive for high uptime, access is not guaranteed at all times.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated or if your activity poses a risk to the platform or other users.
10. Changes to Terms
SwapGain may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use cryptocurrency in your country of residence. Use of SwapGain is prohibited where restricted by law.
